Aeroropes “aerobic ropes” uses lightweight, easily maneuverable ropes designed to improve cardiorespiratory conditioning while developing and increasing muscular strength, power and endurance. Combining the very essence of functional training with continuous High Intensity IntervalTraining (HIIT), Aeroropes improves core strength, balance and coordination while placing minimal stress on the joints. The patented design of the Aerorope makes this workout accessible to all clients, regardless of age or level of athletic fitness including children, the elderly and physically challenged individuals.The Aerorope is 25ft in length, 5 lbs in weight with 1” handles designed to prevent hand fatigue and encourage ease of manipulation during the workout.
Unlike traditional Battle Ropes, Aeroropes are designed to be sustained for45 minutes of work. Battle Ropes are much larger, typically ranging from30-50 ft in length, with 1.5 to 2” handles and weights varying from 20-25lbs and up. Due to the overall size difference, Battle Ropes are manipulatedvery differently than Aeroropes and are unable to be sustained fort he length of time and are not utilized in the same manner that Aeroropes are.
